Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident in every piece you own from KORI. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Requesting a Return

Please contact us at contact.houseofkori@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

What Happens Next

We aim to review all requests within 3–5 business days.

If your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and address.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • KORI is not responsible for lost return shipments
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items returned after 15 days of delivery
  • Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Funds are issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they enter production.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We’ll make it right.
