All items are made to order.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
  • Once your order is processed, it is shipped immediately

We ship using a dedicated U.S. delivery line designed for reliability and speed.

  • Average delivery time: 5–7 business days
  • Most orders arrive within 7 days after shipment

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

  • You’ll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase
  • Additional items may slightly increase shipping costs

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 1–3 days for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect shipping information

KORI is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

Include your order number and any relevant photos, and we’ll assist you promptly.
